Dr. Mier is a native of New Iberia, Louisiana, and completed her internal medicine/pediatrics residency at University of Arkansas for the Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. She specializes in adult medicine with an emphasis on diabetes and hypertension management, and preventive medicine.

Dr. Mier received her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with minor in Chemistry from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Lafayette, Louisiana.

She is a graduate of Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Shreveport and completed her internal medicine residency training at University of Arkansas for the Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas.
